Team Talent Hunt reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, or terminate any record category or record attempt at any time, and to reject any entry at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. All disputes arising from or in connection with participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Coimbatore District Courts. All entries submitted will become the property of Elite World Records Private Limited and Amazing Worldwide Achievers Limited. In case of any errors in the publication or on the website, the sole responsibility of Elite World Records Private Limited and Amazing Worldwide Achievers Limited shall be limited to correcting such errors in future editions or versions of the publication. Such correction shall be considered the sole remedy available, and both entities expressly disclaim any other liability, including but not limited to, loss or incidental or consequential damages arising from negligence, contractual issues, or other causes.
Every applicant is required to pay the applicable registration fee at the time of submission. The registration fee, once paid, is strictly non-refundable under any situation or circumstance, and no requests for refund will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
If an applicant chooses to avail adjudication services, they may cancel the service at any point before the scheduled event date. However, the fee paid for adjudication will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the applicant wishes to postpone the event for which adjudication has been requested, they must inform the authorities at least 30 days in advance of the originally scheduled event date. If this advance notice is not provided, the adjudication will not be rescheduled, and the entire fee paid will be forfeited without any liability on the part of the record authorities.
It is important to understand that the results or outcomes of procedures involving third-party services or government agencies cannot be guaranteed. For instance, a trademark or publication application may be rejected by a government entity for legal reasons beyond our scope. Delays caused by government backlogs or technical issues with online platforms such as book publishing websites are beyond our control. Similarly, services rendered by our associated third parties may be affected by unforeseen issues. In all such cases, no refunds or compensation will be applicable, as these fall outside the purview of our responsibility.
The fee paid for certification services is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Certificates will be issued and dispatched based on the applicant’s provided details in the application form. If any error or damage to the certificate occurs due to the negligence of the record authorities, a corrected or fresh certificate will be issued and sent without any additional cost to the applicant. However, if the error or damage is due to the applicant’s negligence, such as providing incorrect personal or postal information, the authorities shall not be held responsible, and any request for a new certificate will require an additional payment from the applicant.
